Here's the first article in a Chinese publication about our wines. (Epochtimes)
Very loosely translated, this is what they said :
"When I first entered the exhibition hall, it was Mr. Patrice's youthful student looks and his kind invitation to taste his wine which drew me to his stand. I could not help but ask, what are the characteristics of your wine? In fact I hardly needed to ask the question, as he gave me a long presentation in one breath, and let me taste an approachable, quaffable wine (vin de soif).
As the article leaves me limited space I will just offer a brief description of this tasty wine. It is an Arbois Pupillin red wine. According to Mr. Patrice, this is a red wine for women; with its smoky flavor and mild taste it is a very suitable accompaniment for dishes including smoked fish and poultry. This wine was recommended in the French monthly magazine "La Revue du Vin de France" 2011 wine guide devoted to the "best cheap wines" in the AOC category. Priced at 7.5 euros per bottle, it will keep well for at least 3 years. The domain is working towards organic (AB) certification."
